Password and Security
We shall not be liable to any person for any loss that occurs in terms of password or account security. It is solely your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your passwords and accounts and any activities that occur under your any account.
The estimated shipping time will be informed to customer as the order gets confirmed. The time varies according to the geographical location. In case of delays, the customer will be informed accordingly. If not informed, it will be because of no communication (phone/email) possible with the customer. For International customers, the shipping time will be communicated after the payment confirmation. Any unexpected delays may occur because of custom clearance or some other possible issues.
Delivery charges vary as per the type of product ordered as well as the location of customer. These charges cannot be refunded. For the international orders, if any sort of custom or duties are charged by the local authorities or governments (outside Pakistan), we are not responsible for this. The customer has to bear with the custom clearance charges.
For domestic order returns, you will have 3 calendar days from the date you received the order. Only the items in unused and same condition (as of the one you received it) will be eligible to be returned. Your order must be in the original packaging and it must have the proof or receipt of purchase.
After receiving the item, we will notify you and our team will inspect it thoroughly. After the inspection, we will update you regarding status of the refund. If the item really comes out to be defected, we will approve the refund request and initiate the process by refunding to your credit card (oEasyPaisa & JazzCash). But we will deduct the delivery charges from the amount. You will get the credit within a specified amount of days depending upon the policies of card issuer.
